Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. Enter your phone number with the country code and make sure it will be switched on when you land; contact may be needed at the meeting.
At the property: Most of the large resort complexes in Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye have a security check at the main entrance, where the driver states the hotel name and the guest name, so the name on the booking and the hotel name must be complete. Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye are separate settlements and many properties have Belek in their name; make sure you choose the right area when booking. Belek is known for its golf courses; if you are bringing golf bags, mention them in the booking so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
Return transfer: Add a small margin to the pick-up time: you may have to pass the security point at the main gate and distances inside the resort can be long. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. If you have a very early flight, tell the hotel a day ahead; it helps if the property knows about early checkout and breakfast.
