Airport and meeting: If your flight lands at Antalya Airport (AYT), the transfer starts from there. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. If you land late at night or in the early hours, let the hotel reception know your arrival time too; properties often want advance notice for night check-in.
At the property: Most of the large resort complexes in Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye have a security check at the main entrance, where the driver states the hotel name and the guest name, so the name on the booking and the hotel name must be complete. Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye are separate settlements and many properties have Belek in their name; make sure you choose the right area when booking. The complexes sit on large grounds, and the internal roads from the main gate to the lobby and blocks can be long. If you are staying in a block or an annexe, ask reception.
Return transfer: Add a small margin to the pick-up time: you may have to pass the security point at the main gate and distances inside the resort can be long. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. Settle any extra bills and hand in keys or cards before leaving the hotel, so that last-minute delays do not affect the pick-up time.
