Olympos and Çıralı lie on the coast between Kemer and Kumluca, a quiet area of ancient ruins, forest and small pensions and bungalows. Judging by the map location, the property appears to be on the Olympos valley side; the access road to Olympos is separate from the one to Çıralı.
Airport and meeting: If your flight lands at Antalya Airport (AYT), the transfer starts from there. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. Olympos and Çıralı are separate settlements reached by separate side roads off the Antalya–Kumluca highway (D400); if you do not choose the right one in the booking the driver may take the wrong road. In Olympos the pensions and bungalows are strung along the road to the ruins and the beach; you need to ask reception where the property is along the road (near the entrance or further in). Pensions, bungalows and tree houses are often given by locality rather than full address; directions from reception or a map location are very useful in the booking notes.
Return transfer: The way from the side road back to the D400 varies by season; for early flights it is safest to keep the pick-up early and to agree the waiting point with small properties beforehand. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. On the morning of the pick-up, settle checkout beforehand, keep your luggage ready and make sure the phone number on your booking is switched on.
In short: the right airport, the right property name and area, the right flight number, a reachable phone. If these four are correct, the rest of the transfer usually goes smoothly.
