Airport and meeting: Guests flying in usually arrive at Antalya Airport (AYT), the main gateway for this area. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. State the number of bags and any large items (bicycle, golf bag, pushchair) in advance; the choice of vehicle depends on it.
At the property: For pensions and apartments on narrow streets the car may not reach the door; street details such as Ahmet Çavuş Caddesi or 109 Sokak get the vehicle to the right place quickly. In central Kemer the hotels are spread over narrow streets and the avenues around the marina; some streets are mostly pedestrian in the evening, and the driver may drop you at the nearest suitable point. Kemer district covers a long stretch of coast from the centre down to Tekirova (Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva, Tekirova), so hotels with Kemer in the name can be in very different places. Confirm the neighbourhood when you book.
Return transfer: On the way back from central Kemer, traffic around the marina can build up on summer evenings; allow a margin and agree in advance where the car will wait. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. Settle any extra bills and hand in keys or cards before leaving the hotel, so that last-minute delays do not affect the pick-up time.
