Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate domestic terminal; if you land at AYT, add the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes. If your flight is a connection, enter the number of the last flight into Türkiye.
At the property: Alanya is a long district stretching east–west along the coast; places with the same name can be at opposite ends of it, which makes the map location the most reliable description. In summer the seafront road and the harbour area get busy in the evening; at those times it is practical to set the pick-up point at the start of your street. Many Alanya hotels and apartment properties carry common names such as Kleopatra, Sun or Alanya; confirm the name and the neighbourhood (centre, Tosmur, Oba, Kestel and so on) when you book.
Return transfer: When leaving central Alanya, allow for traffic around the harbour and the seafront road; for hotels on narrow streets, agree in advance where the car will wait (a corner leading to the main street, for example). For the return, check on your ticket which airport you fly from (AYT or GZP) and, if AYT, which terminal; agree the pick-up time accordingly. If you have a very early flight, tell the hotel a day ahead; it helps if the property knows about early checkout and breakfast.
