Your stay at Ikon will be in the Kemer, Antalya area. Kemer is a tourism district west of Antalya, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains; hotels are found in the centre and along the coast.
Airport and meeting: If your flight lands at Antalya Airport (AYT), the transfer starts from there. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. If your flight is a connection, enter the number of the last flight into Türkiye.
At the property: Many Kemer hotels sit on coastal and side roads that branch off the Antalya–Kemer highway (D400); knowing whether yours faces the main road or the sea helps the driver find the entrance. Kemer district covers a long stretch of coast from the centre down to Tekirova (Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva, Tekirova), so hotels with Kemer in the name can be in very different places. Confirm the neighbourhood when you book. In central Kemer the hotels are spread over narrow streets and the avenues around the marina; some streets are mostly pedestrian in the evening, and the driver may drop you at the nearest suitable point.
Return transfer: On the way back from central Kemer, traffic around the marina can build up on summer evenings; allow a margin and agree in advance where the car will wait. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. Settle any extra bills and hand in keys or cards before leaving the hotel, so that last-minute delays do not affect the pick-up time.
In short: the right airport, the right property name and area, the right flight number, a reachable phone. If these four are correct, the rest of the transfer usually goes smoothly.
