Your stay at Pegasos Resort will be in the Avsallar / İncekum, Antalya area. Avsallar and İncekum are coastal settlements in western Alanya, running parallel to the D400 highway.
Airport and meeting: Two airports can serve the Alanya area: Antalya Airport (AYT) and the smaller Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP). Book for whichever airport is on your ticket; AYT and GZP lie in different directions and their meeting points differ. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate domestic terminal; if you land at AYT, add the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes. If you land late at night or in the early hours, let the hotel reception know your arrival time too; properties often want advance notice for night check-in.
At the property: A security point at the entrance of large resort complexes is common; the name on the booking must match the hotel. In summer tour buses and shuttles slow traffic on the D400, and the effect can be stronger in the evening and at weekends. Türkler, Avsallar, Konaklı, Okurcalar and Mahmutlar are separate neighbourhoods and towns; similarly named hotels can be in different places, so confirm the neighbourhood.
Return transfer: For the return, allow for traffic on the D400 and for getting from the hotel to the main road, and set the pick-up with a wide margin; agree the waiting point as the main gate or the lobby. For the return, check on your ticket which airport you fly from (AYT or GZP) and, if AYT, which terminal; agree the pick-up time accordingly. If you have a very early flight, tell the hotel a day ahead; it helps if the property knows about early checkout and breakfast.
In short: the right airport, the right property name and area, the right flight number, a reachable phone. If these four are correct, the rest of the transfer usually goes smoothly.
