Airport and meeting: If your flight lands at Antalya Airport (AYT), the transfer starts from there. Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. If your flight is a connection, enter the number of the last flight into Türkiye.
At the property: The first sign by the road and the real entrance gate can be some way apart; besides the property name, share the map location if you can so the driver finds the main gate. A security point at the main entrance is common at the larger properties, so the name on the booking and the hotel name must be complete. Kızılağaç, Kızılot, Sorgun and Side all belong to Manavgat but are separate resort areas; confirm the area name so that similarly named hotels are not mixed up.
Return transfer: Getting from the side road back onto the highway can be busy in summer; plan the pick-up with that margin and agree the waiting point as the lobby or main gate. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. Settle any extra bills and hand in keys or cards before leaving the hotel, so that last-minute delays do not affect the pick-up time.
